The building is made up of two bedsits and an apartment. Both the bedsits and the apartment have independant entrances, separate bathrooms and kitchnettes and all the comforts are supplied.
The price of the bedsits are 50,00 euros and the appartment is 60,00 euros per day.

Externally there is a veranda, a large garden witha gazebo, shower and barbecue for wonderful dinners in the fresh air.
